Celebrity Cruises has officially launched the first phase of its highly anticipated 2027–2028 global itinerary rollout, spotlighting iconic destinations across the UK, US, Canada, Iceland, Greece, Turkey, Malta, Bermuda, and France. This expansive sailing program spans nine ships and dozens of immersive voyages, including transatlantic crossings, Mediterranean getaways, North Atlantic explorations, and culturally rich itineraries through Europe and Asia. With bookings opening on August 5, 2025, travelers will be able to choose from a wide range of new cruise experiences departing from major ports like Southampton, Rome, Barcelona, Athens, Boston, and Tokyo, as Celebrity strengthens its presence across Europe, North America, and beyond.
Celebrity Cruises Launches 2027–2028 Itineraries: First Phase Opens for Booking August 5, 2025
Celebrity Cruises has unveiled its highly anticipated 2027–2028 deployment, offering a wide array of new sailings across North America, Europe, and Asia. The cruise line will release its fresh collection of itineraries in five separate phases, with the first phase officially opening for reservations on August 5, 2025.
This initial rollout focuses on sailings to Canada, New England, Bermuda, Europe, Japan, and springtime Transatlantic crossings. Nine ships from the Celebrity fleet will be involved in this wave, promising travelers a dynamic lineup of destinations, cruise lengths, and embarkation ports. Whether it’s the charm of historic European ports, the rugged coastline of Canada, or the cultural richness of Japan and South Korea, Celebrity aims to cater to a broad spectrum of cruising preferences.
Canada, New England & Bermuda Cruises on Celebrity Silhouette
Leading the way in North America, Celebrity Silhouette will offer an exciting schedule of seven- to thirteen-night sailings departing from Boston, Massachusetts and Cape Liberty, New Jersey. These cruises combine classic East Coast charm with adventure to the far North.
Among the newly released itineraries:
- One exclusive sailing to the tropical paradise of Bermuda, known for its pink-sand beaches and British-colonial charm.
- Three itineraries will push farther north to Iceland and Greenland, delivering awe-inspiring views of glaciers, volcanic landscapes, and fjords.
- Four additional cruises will highlight the scenic and historical gems of Maine and Canada, perfect for those seeking fall foliage, coastal towns, and maritime history.
These itineraries offer a combination of natural beauty, cultural discovery, and onboard luxury, making them ideal for both seasoned cruisers and first-timers.
Europe 2027: Seven Ships, Dozens of Destinations
Celebrity Cruises is significantly expanding its European offerings with seven ships sailing the continent’s most iconic waters: Celebrity Ascent, Apex, Constellation, Eclipse, Equinox, Infinity, and the newest ship, Celebrity Xcel.
- Celebrity Ascent will be stationed in Civitavecchia, the port for Rome, offering 10- to 14-night cruises that explore the Mediterranean, with ports of call in Italy, Greece, Turkey, and Malta.
- Celebrity Apex will set sail from Southampton, focusing on seven- to 14-night journeys to the Norwegian Fjords and scenic parts of Scandinavia. These cruises highlight dramatic natural beauty and cultural treasures of Northern Europe.
- Celebrity Constellation will operate out of Barcelona and select Italian ports, taking guests on cruises that span Croatia, France, Italy, and Spain—ideal for Mediterranean culture and coastal scenery.
- Celebrity Eclipse will sail from Amsterdam, Athens, and Ravenna, offering seven- to 13-night cruises. These itineraries blend Northern and Southern European destinations, giving guests a variety of historical and modern city experiences.
- Celebrity Equinox, homeported in Barcelona, will deliver immersive nine-, 10-, and 11-night cruises around the Mediterranean, touching on sun-soaked coasts, UNESCO sites, and vibrant street markets.
- Celebrity Infinity will depart from Athens, offering sailings ranging from seven to twelve nights, focusing on Greece and Croatia. These itineraries are perfect for travelers interested in ancient ruins, blue seas, and charming villages.
- Celebrity Xcel, the newest ship in the fleet, will alternate between Barcelona and Athens, offering a variety of premium itineraries that focus on the Italian Riviera and French Riviera—two of the most glamorous coastlines in Europe.
Together, these itineraries form one of the most expansive European lineups ever released by Celebrity Cruises, catering to different preferences in length, theme, and regional focus.
Asia Exploration with Celebrity Millennium
For those interested in venturing further east, Celebrity Millennium will operate in Asia, sailing out of Tokyo, Japan, and select ports in South Korea.
- The ship will offer twelve- and thirteen-night cruises focusing on regional immersion in Japan and South Korea, with visits to major cultural centers as well as coastal gems.
- In addition, a special 15-night itinerary will take guests from Japan to Southeast Asia, with calls in Hong Kong and Vietnam, ending in Singapore. This cruise is ideal for those seeking a longer, multi-country voyage through Asia’s most vibrant cities and heritage-rich landscapes.
These itineraries reflect Celebrity’s focus on depth, allowing guests to explore Asia beyond the surface while enjoying world-class service on board.
What’s Next in Celebrity’s 2027–2028 Rollout

Audley Travel has relaunched its programme to Jamaica three years after pulling out of the destination.
The tailor-made tour operator said it had reintroduced the country due to client demand for more Caribbean islands.
A sample itinerary to Jamaica includes a nine-day ‘Jamaica beach & rainforest escape’ with stays in Ocho Rios and Montego Bay. Other itineraries include a tour of Kingston and a visit to Dunn’s River Falls and The Blue Hole.
Audley has also expanded its programme in India, Japan and Tanzania.
New tours in India include a 15-night tailor-made itinerary, with stays in Delhi, Nimmu, Uleytopko, Nurla, Leh, Nubra Valley and two nights at the Drenmo Lodge. There’s also bear tracking in the valleys of Dras, where guests can stay in the Drenmo Lodge for the chance to see the Himalayan Brown Bear.
In Japan, Audley has added Nagoya in Aichi Prefecture, which can be included in a traditional Japanese itinerary to expand the Golden Route. A sample itinerary includes a 17-day trip with two nights in Nagoya as well as time in Tokyo and Kyoto.
The expanded Tanzania programme includes a 10-day itinerary with one night in Arusha, four nights for the Great Rift Valley Trek and two nights in Karatu.
National Geographic-Lindblad Expeditions has revealed details of its first 2027-28 deployment, marking its return to the Oceania region.
National Geographic-Lindblad Expeditions’ 2027–28 season features voyages across seven continents, designed to connect travelers with wildlife, wild places and local communities in ways that are authentic, enriching and respectful. The season will see its return to the Oceania region after two years with the relaunch of several immersive itineraries on board the National Geographic Resolution, including the 11-day Pearls of the Pacific: The Society and Tuamotu Islands, and a return to Easter Island after four years with the 18-day Easter Island To Tahiti: Tales of The Pacific itinerary.

The brand will also return to Alaska in 2027-28, inviting guests to explore its snow-capped mountains, fjords and wildlife with additional departures of its eight-day Alaska’s Inside Passage, 11-day Voyage to the Great Bear Rainforest, and 14- and 15-day Treasures of the Inside Passage itineraries aboard National Geographic Quest and National Geographic Venture.
Additional departures will also be available on its 16-day Coastal Japan: Imperial Dynasties and Modern Culture itinerary, exploring Japan’s history, culture, and landscapes—from the storied castle towns of the Edo period to the shrines and merchant districts of the Meiji era.
Whether kayaking alongside icebergs in Antarctica, observing sea lions while snorkeling in Baja California, wandering through rainforests in Central America, or journeying where few travelers have before by sailing through the Northwest Passage, each voyage is designed to offer transformative experiences that deepen guests’ understanding of the world—and their place within it.
