The restoration project has focused on maintaining the hotel’s original character. Several original furnishings, including writing desks and chairs, have been refinished. The hotel’s central courtyard provides views of the Sierra Nevada, and the façade faces the White Mountains.

The Winnedumah Hotel is situated along Highway 395, making it accessible for travelers visiting the Eastern Sierra region, including destinations like Mount Whitney and Mammoth Lakes. The hotel aims to offer a blend of historic charm and modern design elements.
